EGG NOG

Description:


Home-made eggnog without preservatives with fresh eggs.

ingredients:

  • 5 eggs (yolk)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g of powdered sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 250 ml cream (calorie light: Crème-fine)
  • 200 ml of alcohol (96% or, alternatively, vodka or grain)

Preparation:


For the eggnog, mix the egg yolk, vanilla and powdered sugar until it’s very creamy. Thereafter, add milk, whipped cream and stir in the alcohol. Then fill the eggnog into a (possibly sterilised) bottle.

Tip:


If you wish the eggnog to be somewhat less strong, simply use less alcohol and more milk. Eggnog is an excellent homemade gift or souvenir.
