EGG-DIPBRUNCH

Description:


A fine, sweet-dip for brunch, or as a side-dish to accompany main courses.

ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1/2 bunch chives
  • 150 g Brunch Légère herbs
  • 100 g Rama Crème-fine for refining
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Preparation:


Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut into small cubes.
Peel and finely chop the shallots with the gherkins. Washthe chives and shake dry and cut into thin rolls.Stir together with crème-fine until smooth, then,add egg, shallot, chives and cornichons.
Add salt and pepperto the Dip to (your) taste.
