ingredients:

  • 150 g flour (course)
  • 75 g Teebutter
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the custard:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 l milk
  • 100 g Teebutter
  • 1 pack vanilla pudding
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the topping:
  • 1 kg of apples
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation:


Make the dough out of the specified ingredients for the apple pie with custard and prepare a paste. Put the dough in a greased cake pan and place in the oven when still cold. Bake the dough at 200 ° C about 20 minutes.

For the cream use egg yolks, butter and pudding mix with milk, mix and let boil once. Melt the butter cream. Whisk egg white until stiff and add into the cream. For the topping, peel the apples, remove core and cut the apples into thin slices. Put apple slices with lemon juice and sugar mix and spread on the pre-baked dough. Brush-over the cream and place the dish back into the oven at about 200 ° C for about 40 minutes, the apple pie with egg cream custard is then ready.
